Danielle Abbott serves as Chief Operations Officer at Civic, bringing more than 15 years of experience working with cooperatives — more than 13 of these within the credit union movement. Throughout her career, she has held key roles across multiple areas of the organization, including membership development, marketing, technology, data, project management, and member services. This diverse background has equipped her with a deep understanding of how credit unions operate and how to align people, processes, and technology to best serve members. 

Chris Madsen is Chief Lending Officer at Civic, with over 35 years of experience in the banking industry. In this role, he provides leadership and strategic guidance for the credit union’s consumer and member business lending programs, to ensure the credit union develops, supports, and efficiently delivers an array of loan products and services to members.
