Can I do a cash transaction at a Civic branch?
Yes, all Civic locations have cash availability. We recommend talking with your local Civic branch if you need large amounts of cash. There are many ways to move funds, and we want to ensure your safety in the movement of money.
How were branch locations selected?
Our branch locations were chosen based on member data. Each location is within a 30-mile radius of at least 80% of Civic membership.
Can I get technical help with my account at a branch?
Yes, we can assist you with accessing your account and navigating online banking. Bring your device and we’ll help answer your questions.
What are the branch hours?
Civic branches are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
1 Notary services are not available for acknowledging signatures on estate planning documents including but not limited to wills, trust documents, powers of attorney, living wills, HIPAA Authorizations, and related documents.
