If you’ve fallen behind on your loan payments, Civic may have an option that can help make catching up easier. Depending on your situation, Payment Support may allow you to defer one or two payments so you don’t have to make up the full past-due amount all at once. Complete a short Payment Support request and provide a few details about your current situation. We'll review the information and you'll receive confirmation of your approval and deferral processing within 24 business hours. If we have additional questions, we may follow up with you.
