Life doesn't always go as planned. Courtesy Pay can help eligible members cover checks, automatic bill payments, ACH transactions and other payments when balances fall short. A $19 charge is applied only if Courtesy Pay is used and enables members to avoid an insufficient funds fee (NSF). This service can add peace of mind when unexpected expenses arise.

1 Civic participates in select surcharge-free ATM networks. See the current list of locations. Other ATM networks may charge an ATM fee that Civic will reimburse, up to a total of $20 per month, per account, beginning on the first day of the month and ending on the last day. If you are eligible for an ATM fee reimbursement, funds are typically released by Civic to your account within two business days, but timing may vary.
