Advisory Council Spotlight: Diana Harris
This quarter, we are proud to shine the spotlight on Diana Harris, a dedicated member of the Wake Advisory Council Region.
Diana has been a valued part of the Civic family for over four decades, serving on the Advisory Council since November 1, 2009. Her longstanding commitment to supporting the NC local government community and her thoughtful feedback have helped shape the way Civic connects with members and partners across the state. Now retired, she continues to embody the spirit of service and advocacy that defines the Civic mission.
In retirement, Diana enjoys reading, being active in her church, and spending time with her family, especially attending her grandson’s travel hockey games. Her enthusiasm, kindness, and dedication make her a shining example of a true Civic advocate.
Advisory Council members like Diana remind us that our mission thrives through people who serve with heart, lead with purpose, and make lasting impacts in their communities.
