Download the Civic app for iOS

1. Find the App Store on your device
First, you will need to find the App Store,® so you can download the digital banking app for Civic.
Pro tip: An app is a quick way to use a service (like digital banking), and it remembers your settings, so you don't have to start over each time.
2. In the search bar, search for Civic Federal Credit Union
Once in the App Store,® locate the Civic Federal Credit Union app. Select the Get button to download the app onto your mobile device.
3. Open the app
You will now find the app on the homepage of your mobile device. Select it to open the app.
Note: If you are unable to download the app, it may be that you are on an older version of the operating system. For security reasons you will need to ensure you are on the latest version, which is iOS 15 or later.
