To give you easier access to money, the following account updates are available to ALL of our members, effective immediately.

We Have Emergency Loans

If you have a short or long term need for lending while you wait for additional assistance, contact us immediately. Our team is standing by with solutions to help you get what you need during this time.

We Have Increased ATM and Digital Deposit Limits

We have increased your limits to ensure access to cash, should you need it for an emergency. Please continue to protect your PIN and exercise existing safety precautions when using an ATM. And, remember, you can use any ATM nationwide, and we will refund all fees.

For our Digital Deposits, we can now accommodate larger amounts. Details for limits are within the mobile app or online banking. If you have a deposit need that exceeds this amount, please contact us immediately to discuss your specific situation.

We Are Waiving Fees

If you have money in a Civic Choice Certificate and need emergency access, contact the Experience Center. We are currently waiving any early withdrawal penalties for our members impacted by these current events.

We Are Your Online Credit Union

We are a full-service digital Credit Union. Our products and services are accessible online or with our mobile app. If you need additional assistance, please reach out to our Experience Center.
